You may have noticed that I’m really into Educational Technology (EdTech). But, crucially, the only EdTech I’m interested in is stuff that supplements, supports and improves my pedagogy. For example, Carousel helps me get better at delivering feedback at a whole class level (as well as loads of other stuff). OneNote is a technology that fits into the same bracket – it’s super powerful in terms of making my day to day teaching better. It’s extraordinarily simple to use, and recently some colleagues asked me to show them how I use it. I recorded it and they said they didn’t mind if I put it online. The video is below, and if it helps do feel free to pass it on. Please also note there is another article I wrote a little while back about why I don’t use PowerPoint and use OneNote instead, which serves as a complement to the video.

How I use OneNote video

(Of course, as I wrote in the PowerPoint article, other softwares are available, and yes it’s possible to use PowerPoint well etc etc.)
